               College students must abide by the law on the Internet

The provisions of the Security Protection Measures for International Networking of Computer Information Networks:

Article 4 No unit or individual may use international networking to endanger state security or divulge state secrets, may not infringe upon the interests of the state, society or the collective and the lawful rights and interests of citizens, and may not engage in illegal and criminal activities。

Article 5 No unit or individual may use the international network to produce, copy, consult and disseminate the following information:
(1) inciting resistance to or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;
(二)煽动颠覆国家政权,推翻社会主义制度的;
(3) inciting secession or undermining national unity;
(4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5) fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors and disturbing social order;
(6) propagating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, and inciting crimes;
(7) Openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others;
(8) damaging the reputation of state organs;
(9) Other violations of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations。

Article 6 No unit or individual may engage in the following activities that endanger the security of computer information network:
(1) Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission。
(2) Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
(3) Deleting, modifying or adding data and application programs stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
(4) Intentionally producing or spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
(5) Other activities that endanger the security of computer information networks。

Article 7 Users' freedom and privacy of communication are protected by law。No unit or individual may violate the provisions of the law by using the international Internet to infringe on the freedom and privacy of communication of users。
